If you’re not locked on, you’ll throw it at Gizmo’s feet (which can be useful defensively). When throwing Suck-a, if you tap while Locked-On it will automatically be throws at the target’s feet. Evading into Bouncer allows you to get extra distance.

Gizmo’s GG Gun increases in attack speed while firing, and at full rate she can melt enemy health! She’s vulnerable if cornered by a melee Fighter, so stay near platforms and use Bouncer to get to upper levels when you see an enemy approaching. If you want to Leap up to an upper level, just jump (A) first before you press Leap. If not locked-on, El Bastardo will leap in his facing direction, which is useful for escaping fights.
When locked-on, El Bastardo will leap automatically onto the target if assuming in range. Mastering Leap of Faith is also critical to El Bastardo’s success. Use Empower and Tornado when there’s lots of enemies around to generate the most shield. If a melee attack is absorbed (or partially absorbed) by his shield, El Bastardo will not flinch. Don’t forget Daemon can Wall Jump (costs 1 stamina) to chase enemies up ledges.Įl Bastardo relies on being offensive to create defensive shields making him good for players who like tanks, but want to play aggressively. Alternatively, attacking out of stealth gives you a damage boost – especially effective with his highest damage abilities - pressing X for a Spin Attack while SHIFTING.
While under stealth, press Y again to put an enemy to sleep, but don’t hit them again or it’ll wake them up. Don’t forget about her Launch attack on HOLD X (launches Buttercup in the targeted direction and picks up and carries all enemies in her path) and Slide Attack (PRESS X while travelling mounted for a special slide attack).ĭaemon’s stealth makes him great for sneaking objectives, getting into the backline, and snoozing an enemy out of the fight. Her defensive ability is a bit different to other heroes – hold RIGHT TRIGGER to move faster and recover health at the expense of stamina. Killing an enemy carrying power cells will earn you 1 point, and you can steal their dropped cells! Cells are also dropped if you try to return to base.īuttercup is strong at initiating fights and peeling for teammates with her Yank, and is great for holding objectives since she doesn’t flinch to melee attacks. Make sure you stand still on Drop Zones to deliver Cells, and beware that taking damage interrupts hand-in. Note that not all Drop Zones are active at once, so check the mini-map. In the delivery phase, take your Power Cells to an active Drop Zone and hand them in. In the collection phase, find and destroy Cannisters to collect Power Cells (yellow dots on mini-map). Power Cells is a collect and deliver game mode. Note that you can’t capture an Objective while an enemy is standing on it as well! To capture an Objective, stand on it till it turns blue. Objectives turn on and off in phases, so check the mini-map to see which objectives are active at any given time. Customise your Hoverboards for each Fighter with paintjobs, stickers and trails.ĭuring Objective Control, teams earn points by owning Objectives, and killing enemies (+10pts).
